CANCELLATION AND BOOKING POLICIES:

• Bookings must be canceled at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you do not give 48 hours notice, you will forfeit your deposit and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. If you do not give 48 hours notice and you paid for the full service, you will be charged only for a new deposit when rescheduling. (In cases of emergency, reach out to (939)232-2784 and we will try our best to accomodate.)

• There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, you risk having your appointment cancelled and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. If you are 10+ minutes late, you MAY be able keep your appointment if the schedule allows but a $20 late fee will be applied to your total.
